Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement claim, send a written notice to legal@cloudcanvas.info containing:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The URL or location of the infringing content on our site
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Response Timeline

We will review all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be removed promptly and the uploader will be notified.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information plus a statement explaining why the removal was a mistake.
