2. Digital Products

All products sold on CloudCanvas are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files. Products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and converted to INR at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template files. See our License Terms for full details.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content on CloudCanvas are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudCanvas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
